Hiy Steaks Modern Cuisine welcomed its first patrons on January 16th, aspiring to pay homage to culinary traditions while delving into contemporary cuisine. The culinary journey is spearheaded by our highly acclaimed executive chef, JP Dublado.
Guests can anticipate indulging in a delectable array of dishes, including Beef Tartare, Albacore Tuna Crudo, Foie Gras Terrine, Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Braised Pork Belly, Miso Black Cod, Lobster Mac n Cheese, Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi, Braised Short Rib, Ovation Lamb Shank, and a selection of Canadian Prime Steaks like tenderloin, Ribeye, NY Striploin, and Bison Striploin.
Chef JP has also been diligently preparing for the 2024 Canadian Culinary Championship, where they will compete in Ottawa on February 2 and 3.
